Relaxing and confortable!
​It is a really nice hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant service.
The woman at the reception in the afternoon needs to work on her attitude. She is not polite.

The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the surroundings. The calmness of the hotel. Beautiful rooms and the contact with nature, and the friendliness of the people.
There was no restaurant or bar facility open after 9pm on Saturday night... The confiture pods at the breakfast were very cheap and not able to open (se puede mejorar mucho la mermelada en el desayuno, tanto facilidad para abrir como calidad )

Great location and scenery and good service
It is a great retreat from the usual chaos of the city, surrounded by nature as an oasis in Arequipa. Great and friendly service. They recovered some lost and found for me.
